Our service is priced at £395. This includes VAT. Any parts required are charged at cost price.

We greatly prefer in person meetings but are also perfectly happy using technology to show you the inside of the watch and any faults in detail, this makes the process smoother for everyone involved.

6. We regularly carry out work where other repair centres have rejected the job

We have a track record of completing repairs where others couldn’t. Whether the watch is completely water damaged, the 18ct gold bracelet is damaged and replacement wouldn’t be viable or simply the watch has been modified at some point. We are happy to work on a case by case basis and will help where we can.

We also accept postal repairs, many of our customers have send us watches using DPD, Fedex and Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please ensure you use a safe, tracked and fully insured method. We only accept repairs from inside the UK due to customs complications.

Once we have the watch on the bench, we will conduct a free, no obligation examination. We can do this in person showing you any problems the watch has using our microscope and timing machine. We can also connect these to the laptop to show you the watch in detail over video call if you prefer not to travel. We're also happy to email or discuss the watch over the telephone. We are happy to accommodate your preferences.
